You must be at least 18 years of age to use Onelivery's website. By using Onelivery's website and by agreeing to these terms of use, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acceptable use

You must not use Onelivery's website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use Onelivery's website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including, without limitation, scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to Onelivery's website without our express written consent.

You must not use Onelivery's website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

You must not use Onelivery's website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

Restricted items

The items described below are strictly forbidden to be serviced or transported through Onelivery:

Creatures, animals, and people, alive or dead, including all or part of their bodies as well as organs, and additionally materials or liquids got from the body (blood, pee, and so on), or results of human or biosynthesis beginning getting straightforwardly from results of human cause, including those expected for treatment or indicative procedure on the human body.

Request of Services (Drop-off and Pick-up)

The User enters into the Application the Collection Address, the Sender from whom the Independent Courier must collect the Goods, the Delivery Address and the Recipient to which the Independent Courier must deliver the Goods, together with, as a minimum, which may be that of the User, and lastly the Package Size which relates to the Goods or the Method of Transport.

The user addresses and warrants to the Onelivery Ltd and the Free Dispatch that it will:

  • demand the delivery of merchandise to a named person or business;
  • have the earlier consent of the Sender and the Beneficiary to convey to the Onelivery Ltd and the Driver the data entered concerning them, which might be last name, forename, postcode location, email and phone number, to enable the delivery of the goods;
  • determine the subtleties, self-evident or something else, of the Merchandise when they may have repercussions on the advancement of the conveyance by the Autonomous Dispatch, specifically in the event that they don't relate to the Bundle Size chose by the Client or they may influence the Technique for Transport;
  • not request delivery of goods to a Beneficiary who is unavailable or which would require nonsensical endeavors by the Free Dispatch, for example, Beneficiaries who might be detained or whose address is difficult to reach via land as well as not near a checked street;
  • just utilise the services and the drivers for lawful purposes.
  • Subject to the prior, a fixed and last Cost.

Restricted access

Access to certain areas of Onelivery's website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of Onelivery's website, or indeed Onelivery's whole website, at Onelivery's discretion.

If we provide you with or you generate a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of Onelivery's website or other content or services, you must ensure that the password is kept confidential.

You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password.

You are responsible for any activity on Onelivery's website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.

You must not use any other person's user ID and password to access Onelivery's website.

Age Restricted Products

Age-restricted products (such as alcohol, tobacco, and cigarettes) can only be sold and delivered to those who are 18 years old or older. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old by making an order for an age-restricted product.

Customers buying age-restricted products will be prompted by the rider to present confirmation that they are 18 or older before the delivery is completed, according to Onelivery's policy. The rider has the right to refuse to deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who cannot present acceptable picture identification proving that they are 18 or older.

Any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused delivery of alcohol by the store and the rider. Orders for alcoholic beverages can only be delivered to a home or business address.

The Partner and the rider may refuse to deliver alcohol to any person who is, or appears to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. Orders for items containing alcohol may only be delivered to a location that is a residential or business address. If a customer presents to be under the influence of alcohol during delivery the rider may decline to handle any age-restricted product, you will still be charged for the item, shipping and return of the goods to the store at the same rate.

Payment cancellation by the User

Users can cancel the payment process on Stripe payment portal before the payment is submitted. Once the card details are submitted the payment will be captured by the system. The required amount is only captured when Onelivery LTD confirms the order.

Cancellation by the User

The User may cancel its Delivery Request, without cost, any time before the order has been confirmed by one of the drivers. After issuing the Delivery Request via the web application on the “Order Status” page, considering the order has not been confirmed by Onelivery.

After the order is confirmed, it is then no longer possible for the User to cancel the Delivery of Goods. However, at any time thereafter the User can request a new 'reverse' Delivery of Goods, via the Application, in order to return the Goods to the User, to the Sender or to any other individual.

Cancellation by Onelivery Courier

Once the handover of the Goods to the Independent Courier by the Sender has been confirmed on the Application, it is then no longer possible for the User to cancel the Delivery of Goods.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to Onelivery's customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible

Confidentiality

Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of Onelivery's services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client's with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Disclaimer

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

  • excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and
  • excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, Onelivery's web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Like most interactive websites, Onelivery uses cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of Onelivery’s site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of Onelivery’s affiliate partners may also use cookies.
