What is Onelivery UK?

Onelivery is a platform for businesses to cut the 24-hour delivery to only 1 hour. Our marketplace for non-perishable goods in London enables local businesses to seamlessly dispatch their goods to consumers within minutes.

How does Onelivery work?

  • Buy: Shop from trusted sellers through our platform.
  • Sell: Register as a seller and list your products.
  • Delivery: Become a courier and earn by delivering orders.
Account & Registration

Do I need an account to use Onelivery?

Yes, all users must create an account to access our services, including buying, selling, and delivering.

How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign Up" button and follow the steps to register. You will need to provide your email, phone number, and create a secure password.

Is there a registration fee?

No, creating an account on Onelivery is completely free.
Payments & Fees

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:
  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link

Are there any transaction fees?

No, there are no transaction fees for sellers and couriers on Onelivery.

Can I cancel my order after the payment?

Yes, you can cancel orders after payment is made anytime before we've confirmed it.

How do I become a seller?

Register as a seller by clicking here and completing the onboarding process.

What can I sell on Onelivery?

Onelivery supports non-perishable goods. Any prohibited items will be flagged and removed. For a full list of restricted items, please refer to our Prohibited Items page.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

We aim to process your order within 1 – 3 hours.

Do you have contact-free delivery?

Yes, we have contact-free delivery. Our riders are fully-vaccinated and Covid-tested weekly. They also wear masks at all times.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.

What happens if my order is cancelled?

If an order is cancelled after it has been confirmed, an email will be sent with a full refund.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Changing delivery details can only be completed before making the payment.

Where can I check the order status?

You can check the status of an order after payment is completed or on the link sent via email.

Is there a weight- or size-limit to the packages that delivers?

Yes, we do have limits. Each package must weigh no more than 15kg and measure no larger than 90cm x 90cm x 90cm.

What if my order arrived late?

We work hard to complete orders on time. Occasionally, if your order is late, we will update the "Order Status" page to with the new ETA.

How do I become a courier?

Send us an email at hire@onelivery.co.uk . to express your interest. Once you've completed our quick verification process, you'll be ready to start accepting delivery requests through the Onelivery platform.

How much can I earn as a courier?

Earnings vary based on the number of deliveries you complete.
