Introduction

These terms of use govern your use of Onelivery's website; by using Onelivery's website, you agree to these terms of use in full. If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not use Onelivery's website or its services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Onelivery's website. By using Onelivery's website and by agreeing to these terms of use, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Onelivery's website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use Onelivery's website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to Onelivery's website without our express written consent.

You must not use Onelivery's website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

You must not use Onelivery's website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

Restricted Items

The items described below are strictly forbidden to be serviced or transported through Onelivery:

• Creatures, animals and people, alive or dead, including all or part of their bodies, organs, and materials or liquids derived from the body (blood, urine, etc.), or products of human or biosynthetic origin — including those intended for treatment or diagnostic procedures on the human body.
• Inherently unlawful goods, restricted goods, or goods whose transport, holding, sale, procurement or use is prohibited by law.
• All goods that may pose damage to the environment or whose packaging represents such risk — including without limitation: weapons or machines designed to explode through alteration of the nuclear core; fuels including nuclear, radioactive items or waste; or any other source of ionising radiation.

Request of Services (Drop-off and Pick-up)

The User recognises and agrees that the following information is fundamental to the delivery of products and is binding on the assigned rider.

The User enters into the Application the collection address, the sender from whom the rider must collect the goods, the delivery address and the recipient, together with the package size and method of transport.

The user warrants to Onelivery Ltd and the rider that they will:

• Request delivery of goods to a named person or business only;
• Have the prior consent of the sender and the recipient to provide their contact details (name, postcode, email and phone number) to Onelivery Ltd and the rider for the purpose of completing the delivery;
• Accurately describe the goods, especially where they may affect the progression of the delivery or do not correspond to the package size selected;
• Not request delivery to a recipient who is unavailable or whose address is difficult or impossible to reach by road;
• Use the services and the riders for lawful purposes only.

A fixed and final cost is provided upon booking. Any stated delivery timeframe is indicative only and is not binding on the rider or on Onelivery Ltd.

Restricted Access

Access to certain areas of Onelivery's website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of Onelivery's website, or indeed Onelivery's whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with or you generate a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of Onelivery's website, you must ensure that the password is kept confidential. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password.

You are responsible for any activity on Onelivery's website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure. You must not use any other person's user ID and password to access Onelivery's website.

Age-Restricted Products

Age-restricted products (such as alcohol, tobacco and cigarettes) can only be sold and delivered to those who are 18 years old or older. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old by placing an order for an age-restricted product.

Customers buying age-restricted products will be asked by the rider to present valid photographic identification confirming they are 18 or older before the delivery is completed. The rider has the right to refuse delivery of any age-restricted product to anyone who cannot present acceptable picture identification.

Orders for items containing alcohol may only be delivered to a residential or business address.

Payment Cancellation by the User

Users can cancel the payment process on the Stripe payment portal before the payment is submitted. Once card details are submitted the payment will be captured by the system. The required amount is only captured when Onelivery Ltd confirms the order.

Cancellation by the User

The User may cancel their delivery request, without cost, at any time before the order has been confirmed by one of the riders. After the delivery request has been issued via the web application, the user may cancel on the "Order Status" page as long as the order has not yet been confirmed by Onelivery.

After the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible for the user to cancel the delivery. However, at any time thereafter the user may request a new "reverse" delivery of goods via the Application in order to return the goods to the sender or to any other individual.

Cancellation by Onelivery Courier

Once the handover of goods to the rider by the sender has been confirmed on the Application, it is no longer possible for the user to cancel the delivery of those goods.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customer data is handled securely and used only where necessary to deliver our services and improve your experience. Authorised employees within Onelivery Ltd will access this information only on a need-to-know basis.

In line with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, Onelivery Ltd may share customer data with trusted third-party providers for the following purposes:

• Delivery and logistics partners to fulfil and track orders
• IT service providers supporting our platform infrastructure
• Payment processors for secure transaction handling
• Analytics providers to help us improve performance and customer experience
• Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law

All third-party partners are bound by data processing agreements to protect your information and may only use it for the agreed purpose. We do not sell personal data for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Clients have the right to request sight of and copies of any and all personal records we hold, with reasonable notice. Where appropriate, we will provide relevant information, documentation or records in relation to the agreed service.

Onelivery Ltd may disclose customer data to authorised third-party service providers strictly for operational, compliance or analytical purposes. These parties act on behalf of Onelivery and are contractually obligated to keep all shared data confidential and compliant with applicable data protection regulations.

We will not use or share your email address or personal data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

Disclaimer — Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onelivery Ltd:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or our literature; and
• Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not foreseeable), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon, or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

Onelivery Ltd does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

For systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, Onelivery's web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times, URL requested and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within Onelivery Ltd on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Cookies

Like most interactive websites, Onelivery uses cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of Onelivery's site to enable the functionality of that area and ease of use for visitors. Some of Onelivery's affiliate partners may also use cookies.
