A white veal ragù from Alpe Magna displays the delicate flavour of hand-selected and hand-made veal slices, accentuated by fragrant nutmeg undertones.
This pasta sauce goes perfectly with tagliatelle and timbales.
Simply heat it in a pan with a sprinkle of oil or a little amount of pasta cooking water.

  • Veal 50%, fresh vegetables in varying proportions (onions, celery), extra virgin olive oil from Italy, rice flour, sunflower oil, brandy, natural flavours, sea salt, spices.
