I am a customer. How do I use Onelivery?
Book a collection from your favourite retailer to receive your goods within the hour. Purchase your goods locally and we will bring to your doorstep.
I am a business. How do I use Onelivery?
Dispatch new orders to customers within minutes. Onelivery will collect the goods and deliver to its destination within the hour.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
We aim to process your order within 1 – 3 hours.
What is a "pickup for customers"
Buyers can purchase their goods locally and book at onelivery.co.uk to collect their goods and deliver home.
What is a "drop-off for businesses"?
Businesses dispatching orders can book a "Drop-off" to transport their goods from the store to their desired destination.
Can I cancel my order after the payment?
Yes, you can cancel orders after payment is made. When the order is "Confirmed" the cancel button will disappear.
What if my order arrived late?
We work hard to complete orders on time. Occasionally, if your order is late, we will update the "Order Status" page to with the new ETA.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without registering.
Do you have contact-free delivery?
Yes, we have contact-free delivery. Our riders are fully-vaccinated and Covid-tested weekly. They also wear masks at all times.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
If an order is cancelled after it has been confirmed, an email will be sent with a full refund.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Changing delivery details can only be completed before making the payment.
Where can I check the order status?
You can check the status of an order after payment is completed or on the link sent via email.
Is there a weight- or size-limit to the packages that delivers?

How do I place an order?
Go to the “Order Form” fill all required information “*”
Redeem a voucher
Enter your coupon in the payment confirmation page and click apply. The order balance will be updated with the coupon discount.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, international cards, Apple/Google Pay.
How do I provide feedback?
Feedback can be sent through the user profile after signed up or via email to or by filling the form here.
