The Role: Make a Difference on Two Wheels

As an Onelivery Delivery Rider, you are the face of our service and a vital link for local businesses and their customers. You'll be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently using your own eBike or moped.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a wide range of goods—from pharmacy prescriptions and retail products to gourmet food and gifts—directly to customers.
• Working closely with our dispatch team via our app to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Providing excellent, friendly service to both our business partners and their customers.
• Navigating London's streets confidently to complete point-to-point and multi-drop deliveries.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable and self-motivated attitude, with a genuine enjoyment of being on the move.
• A strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills.
• A friendly, professional demeanour and great customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently while communicating clearly with the team.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Previous delivery experience is a bonus, but not essential.
