The "Colomba" proposal, a traditional Easter and Springtime delicacy in Italy. This specialty, shaped like a dove, is baked using the same manner as Panettone.

Hazelnut glaze, almonds, and sugar grains adorn the outside. Internally, the colour is an amber-yellow with tiny air spaces.

This distinctive Italian recipe calls for a naturally leavened oven product. Assedium offers a delicious GLUTEN FREE variant.

INGREDIENTS OF THE GLAZE 15% impalpabel sugar, ALMONDS 19%, HAZELNUTS 19% rice flour, dired EGG white, vefetable fibers. Garnished with 4% sugar grains and 1% whole ALMONDS. It may contains NUTS, PISTACHIOS, SOY.
